What is your cancellation policy? 
​Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide notice 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee. We collect a credit card to schedule all appointments. You are not charged at the time of booking and are only charged if the cancelation policy is not followed as outlined.


What forms of payment do you accept?  
We accept cash, or major credit cards. We are now accepting CareCredit.  


What are your hours? 
Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday 9am - 1pm


What should I expect at my first appointment? 
After you have filled out a little paperwork, you will be taken back for a consultation with one of our nurse injectors to discuss your goals and the areas you desire to improve. Any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed prior to proceeding with treatment. Most of our clients choose to have the recommended treatment performed that same day, but you can always schedule it for a different day if needed.


Do you have coupons?  
While we do have occasional promotions that are posted on our website and social media, there is also  a membership available. More details can be provided by calling the clinic or visiting us in person 

Is this going to hurt?  

​Injections may sound scary, but our clients are always pleasantly surprised at how little pain they experience. We use the smallest needles available, and also offer a compounded topical numbing cream, complimentary with our dermal fillers.
​Our nurse injectors are gentle, compassionate, and will take great care of you!

Are there any services that I can receive while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you can receive IV Hydration, Microneedling and Dermaplaning, we just require a note from your doctor.
